What if i cheat on dukan diet

I decided to go back on Dukan diet after about 2 years of putting back all the weight l had lost 12kgs because l skipped the stabilization and maintanance phases.

Still pretty good though! As it was a PV day I had, scrambled eggs, mushroom, tomato and onion. All this would've been cooked in oil or butter. I also haven't been drinking more than just the required amount of liquids. Exercise wise I've started using the bike about once or twice a week. Depending on the weather. As I have the boys on a trailer thingy behind me it's not ideal to go when it's raining or too cold. I thought it was relatively easy to do the Attack Phase and wasn't really looking forward to introduce vegetables.
I think it was mainly because I now have to really think about what to cook. Before I could cook the family a meal they really enjoyed but from now on they will have to eat a Dukan friendly meal.
So I suppose it will be trial and error until I find something they really like. For the rest of the diet I will put up a weekly blog rather than a daily one. The weight loss should be about a kilo a week from what I've read on other websites so rather than weighing every day, I'd be looking at the overall weight loss for the week. Then we had friends over for a fish stir fry and prawns. Hubby cooked and briefly forgot that I can't have most of the stuff like the sauce and noodles and some of the vegetables. I didn't want to be rude so I ate a medium sized portion of the lot. I know - very very naughty. I was good enough not to have the garlic bread, but did have a tiny little bit of the berry pie for desert.
Rude I know but I have been naughty enough. I barely survived by scarfing large amounts of Greek yogurt, a protein shake made with percent whey protein and skim milk, and shredded chicken in chicken broth. In fact, I took many liberties during those two weeks. But since peanut butter and bread were off-limits, I swallowed my distaste for cooking and threw together a couple of simple, protein-rich soups designed to last the entire two weeks. I also mixed up a large salad that was chock-full of romaine lettuce, peppers, onion, and feta cheese, and topped with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Even though I strayed from the diet here and there, I managed to lose 2. And you know what? Instead of relying on nothing but carbs, carbs, carbs to keep me fuelled throughout the day, I was learning to reach for alternatives like protein- and veggie-rich soup, heaping salads, and healthily large doses of Greek yoghurt. It's manageable, don't expect any weight loss for the next little while and continue. Don't give up hope because of one bad decision, because it was a lot of bad decisions that got you to where you are, and the good decision to continue is what will get you out of it.
